The Portl studio is shipped directly to your communication address and we provide Free of cost home installation service in case you would like to wall mount the device. You can also lean the portal studio against a wall without any mounting.

In case we fail to deliver your Portl Studio within 60 days of you placing your pre order, you can cancel with a full refund of the amount paid by you.

The Portl studio package comes with the Port Studio Device, a power cord, a cleaning kit & wall mounts.

We provide a 12 months warranty with the Portl Studio. This warranty is only valid if the device is wall mounted and installed by our team. This warranty does not cover any physical damages.

You can create 6 different profiles on your Portl Device and have customised recommendations & programs for each member of the family.
